BOOKING:
For all sessions other than weddings and elopements; a non-refundable session retainer of $125 is required to book and hold the date for your session. This also serves as a cancellation fee. However, the fee can be credited towards a future session if you contact us within 72 hours of the session date by phone or email. All remaining balances are due via the agreed upon payment schedule.
For weddings and elopements, 40% of the event fee is due at the time of booking. 25% of the fee is considered a non-refundable retainer, while another 15% is considered compensation for your included engagement session. The remaining balance will be payable according to the schedule, with the final payment due no later than 14 days prior to the event.
CANCELLATIONS:
Client forfeits their session retainer paid to book the session. As previously stated, the fee can be credited towards a future session if the client reschedules the appointment by contacting us via phone call, text or email within 72 hours prior to the date of session and re-booking at an agreeable date and time.
If the Client cancels the Contract, all monies paid will be refunded except for the non-refundable retainer and monies for services already rendered.
If the Photographer cancels, they will provide a suitable replacement subject to the Client’s consent or all monies paid will be refunded. This is further outlined in the contract you will receive.

FORCE MAJEURE:
In the event that the Photographer cannot perform the Contract due to fire, casualty, strike, act of God, illness, emergency, or any other cause beyond their control, the retainer and any other fees paid, if applicable, shall be refunded to the Client, and the Photographer shall have no further liability with respect to this Contract.
