The Booking Process

It all begins with a simple message. Reach out to inquire about your date and vision, and we’ll take it from there.
You can call or text 802-380-7657, send an email to cloverandpinephoto@gmail.com, or visit our contact page anytime.
If your date is available and I feel I’d be a great fit for your project, we’ll schedule a phone or video consultation.
During our call, we’ll talk through what you’re dreaming of capturing and take the time to make sure I’m the right fit for you, too.
If we decide to move forward, I’ll send over a first draft of the agreement for you to review. You’re part of the process every step of the way. Communication stays open, decisions are shared, and there are no surprises.
All contracts and invoices are managed seamlessly through HoneyBook, making everything easy, secure, and click to sign.
Once the contract is finalized, your retainer secures your date. A 25% retainer is required, with the remaining balance due two weeks before your event or photo session.
Payment plans are available, and I accept debit, credit, and ACH bank transfer payments.
Images will be delivered via an online LightRoom gallery.
For most sessions you can expect 40-50 edited high-resolution digital images in 14-21 days.
For weddings and elopements you can expect 50-75 edited high-resolution digital images per hour of coverage in 30-45 days and a USB mailed to you within 90 days of your event.
